How to return a product?
As every Flamora Marble piece is made to order, standard returns or exchanges are not offered. Each marble creation is handcrafted to your exact specifications, including size, stone selection, and finish. For this reason, all sales are final. That said, we work closely with you throughout the design and production process to ensure the final result meets your expectations. Should any concern arise, our team is committed to collaborating with you to reach a fair and thoughtful resolution.
What kind of warranty the products have?
Every Flamora Marble creation is supported by our craftsmanship guarantee. We stand behind the quality of our materials and the precision of our workmanship. If your piece arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing-related defect, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please note that natural variations in marble veining, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of the stone and are embraced as part of its unique beauty—not considered defects.
